These Terms and Conditions constitute an electronic record in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, as applicable. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signature.

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of www.vilsora.com (the "Website"), together with any related services, features, tools and functionality provided by Vilsora (collectively, the "Platform").

The Platform is operated by 9717817436, having its registered office at 5318/g 1st floor Sindh market sadar bazar Delhi-06 (hereinafter referred to as ‘Platform Owner’, 'Vilsora', 'we', 'us' or 'our').

Your access to and use of the Platform and its services are subject to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and any other applicable policies published on the Platform. By accessing, browsing, registering on, listing a property, submitting an enquiry, making a payment for any applicable service, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you should not access or use the Platform.

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, "you", "your", "user", "property owner", "buyer" or "tenant" shall mean any person accessing or using the Platform, as applicable. "Services" means the property listing, property discovery, enquiry, communication and other services made available through the Platform.

The use of the Platform and/or availing of our Services is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

• You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information when creating an account, listing a property, submitting an enquiry, or using any other feature of the Platform. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for all activities carried out through your account.
• Property owners, agents and other users listing properties on the Platform are responsible for ensuring that all information provided about a property is accurate, complete and up to date, including property location, pricing, availability, specifications, amenities, photographs, videos and other relevant details.
• A person listing a property on the Platform represents that they have the necessary rights, authority or permission to advertise that property. Users must not upload or publish false, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful or unauthorised property listings.
• Vilsora provides a platform for property discovery, listing and communication between users. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the Platform, Vilsora does not itself own, sell, rent, lease or transfer the properties listed by users and is not a party to any property sale, lease, rental or other agreement entered into directly between users.
• Property information, photographs, videos, prices, availability and other listing details are provided by property owners, agents or other authorised users. While we may take reasonable steps to maintain the quality of information on the Platform, Vilsora does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, authenticity, availability or suitability of every property listing.
• Users are responsible for independently verifying property details, ownership, title, documentation, location, condition, pricing, availability and other relevant information before entering into any property-related transaction or agreement. Vilsora recommends that users conduct appropriate due diligence before making any commitment or payment.
• You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable laws of India. You must not use the Platform for fraud, impersonation, misleading advertisements, unauthorised commercial activity, harassment, unlawful solicitation or any other prohibited activity.
• You agree not to upload, publish, transmit or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, obscene, infringing or otherwise violates the rights of any person or applicable law.
• You agree that property listings and other content submitted by you must not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other legal rights. You remain responsible for the content and information that you submit to the Platform.
• You agree to pay any applicable charges for Services offered by Vilsora where such charges are clearly communicated to you before payment. Applicable fees, service charges or other payment terms may vary depending on the Service selected by you.
• Where payment is available on the Platform, payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment gateways or payment service providers. Vilsora does not request or intentionally store sensitive payment authentication information such as UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV or banking passwords.
• Any cancellation, refund or payment-related issue shall be handled in accordance with our applicable Refund and Cancellation Policy and the terms communicated for the particular Service. Any property sale, rental, lease, deposit or other payment between users shall be subject to the terms agreed between the relevant parties, unless Vilsora expressly provides such payment or transaction service.
• You acknowledge that the Platform may contain links, integrations or references to third-party websites, services or applications. Such third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and Vilsora is not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party services.
• You understand that submitting an enquiry, communicating with another user or using a property-related feature does not by itself guarantee the availability of a property or completion of a property transaction. Any agreement for sale, purchase, rent, lease or other property transaction is entered into between the relevant parties.
• Vilsora may, where reasonably necessary, remove, restrict, suspend or disable access to listings, accounts or Services that violate these Terms and Conditions, applicable law, or our policies, or that may create a risk of fraud, misuse or harm to users or the Platform.
• The contents of the Platform, including its design, layout, branding, graphics, text, software, logos and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Vilsora and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit such content without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
• Your use of the Platform and Services is at your own risk to the extent permitted by applicable law. Vilsora shall not be responsible for losses arising from inaccurate information provided by users, property-related disputes between users, unauthorised conduct of third parties, or decisions made by users based solely on information available on the Platform.
• You shall indemnify and hold harmless Vilsora, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and service providers from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions, misuse of the Platform, fraudulent or unlawful activity, infringement of third-party rights, or information and content submitted by you.
• Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms and Conditions, the parties shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing an obligation where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, technical failures, internet or telecommunications failures, government restrictions, acts of war, civil disturbance or other force majeure events.
• These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over Delhi, India.

• Vilsora may update or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any updated version will be published on the Platform, and your continued use of the Platform after such changes take effect will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
